My experience with Chimney Monkey was incredible. They scheduled the first appointment and estimate at my convenience. Mike, the technician, explained all of the options for replacing my current equipment. We decided on the Ventless System and went to the showroom to see the set-up. The installation went perfectly. Mike arrived on time, covered our floor, removed the old unit, installed the new unit and cleaned up. Mike spent time with us after the install and fully explained the operation of the system. Obviously we were very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this company for fireplace work.
