The service technician arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He laid down a protective sheet before examining the fireplace and clearly explained the issue he identified. Throughout the process, he described each step required to clean and service the unit. The installed my gas fire place three years ago in place of my old wood burning fire place and I have no regrets. They reworked the chimney and put stone on the wall. I just had them in to clean and inspect the fire place for safety purposes and the technician was knowledgeable, clean, and polite. I really trust this company.
