The service technician arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He laid down a protective sheet before examining the fireplace and clearly explained the issue he identified. Throughout the process, he described each step required to clean and service the unit. After completing the work, he left the area spotless and took the time to explain potential maintenance needs for the future. His thoroughness, knowledge, and kindness were greatly appreciated.

The installed my gas fire place three years ago in place of my old wood burning fire place and I have no regrets. They reworked the chimney and put stone on the wall. I just had them in to clean and inspect the fire place for safety purposes and the technician was knowledgeable, clean, and polite. I really trust this company.

Have to add to my review, 9/9/25, Had a company tell me i needed over $5000 in work. Called Chimney Monkey and they came out and showed me how the other company was just tying to take advantage of me. Showed me what was necessary to be done and the cost was a fraction of the other company. Very honest company and great staff that comes to your home.

I need to add to below that this is a really an upright company and honest. Once I contacted them about the issue not only did they respond quickly they were there the next day to remedy the situation. Really appreciate it!

While the job was done timely and on time I was very disappointed, the ash catch area under the hearth needed the wood removed, there was debris in there that was to be cleaned, clay from when the liner was replaced, not only was it not done there is more debris just left in the area and you can't clean it out because the door to the area barely opens because of the debris. Disappointed since the rest of the work was done so cleanly and it was a specific thing pointed out by the person who came to inspect and tell us what we needed.
