Unfortunately did not have a good experience with this company. We had just bought a house and called to get our wood stove inspected and cleaned. They showed up, took one look at our unit and told us it was inoperable and they would get back to us with a quote. We called multiple times to follow up on the quote, they finally got us a quote over one month later for $8,000. We recently got a second opinion from a different company who actually cleaned out our unit and told us it was operable. Had high hopes for this company and it came well recommended but we went through half the winter assuming it was inoperable when it was functioning perfectly.
