The chimney techs were efficient, hardworking and friendly. The lead technician explained everything they were doing as they were going along, including modifications and additional time needed. They arrived on time, and stayed as late as they needed. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The main office also was good at communicating and keeping in touch.
