I was referred to Chimney Monkey by our neighborhood's Facebook page and am very happy with their service thus far. It was very easy to reach their customer service (Dayna D) even on the weekend. They had an inspector to our house within 2 business days. The insights the inspector (Brad) provided us will inform our negotiations under contract and also our remodel plans down the road. On top of that, I received the invoice, report, and repair estimate within hours of the inspection.Very kind, professional service all the way around.We're definitely keeping their contact info for future needs!

When the Sale person came out to lobster was very professional a new day was talking about. Estimate was email promptly product was ordered. Call Daisy and advance to have it installed. Installer was there on time professional and was finish within a 1/2 hour. I would recommend chimney monkey to anybody and to everybody they did great work and professionally.
