For gas fireplaces and gas log sets, our Gas Refresh service includes cleaning the gas logs, burners, and burner pan, along with replacement of silica sand, ember material, or lava rock as needed. A visual safety inspection is also included.

Chimney Inspection Only – $205

If the technician determines that a sweep or gas refresh is not needed, the visit is reduced to our inspection-only rate, so you’re covered either way.
