I can’t say enough good things about this company and, more importantly, its people. I’m genuinely glad to see places like this still exist. Dayna in the office and Brad in the field were both friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful, and extremely responsive. On top of that, they both went above and beyond to help me through a difficult and time-sensitive situation. They were absolutely great to work with, and it genuinely made me happy to see people provide this kind of service. It’s rare these days.

The team of 3 finished replacing our chimney crown in a day and a half. The office was easy to work with & responsive to phone calls.
We are mostly happy with the work they did. There were a few things that could have been done in a tidier manner (some concrete smears were left behind on our red brick & the metal flashing underneath the concrete is slightly uneven on 2 of the corners). This is our first chimney crown replacement, so I have no idea if these are normal things or not.
Update: I originally rated them 4/5 stars but changed the rating to 5/5. They were very quick to follow up about the bits we weren’t totally happy with. Brad came today to visually inspect the work & called me to explain what I was seeing. I’m satisfied with the service we received & would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with the cleaning and repair work done on our chimney by Chimney Monkey! They were very helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. We had never used them before, but we will use them from now on for our chimney maintenance and repair. Thank you!

We are very happy with their service. My family had just moved into our home, and wanted to have our fireplace inspected and cleaned, as it looked like it needed it before use. I am glad we did after seeing the camera footage and the pictures of the inside, as they were able to show us how dirty it was, and point out all the safety issues the previous homeowners hadn’t taken care of that would have caused us many more problems down the line. Thank you so much for your help!
I am truly impressed with the service I received. The removal of the old stove was challenging (even needed some tile replacement, which they took care of immediately) and installation of the new stove was not easy either. The crew was super considerate, super clean and professional. I can say only good things about these guys. Brett was great at finding me the right stove (for a best price possible) and took the time to explain how to operate it. I will definitely book Chimney Monkey for more work I'm planning in the near future. PS. AWESOME COMPANY NAME!
Outstanding, talented, hardworking team. Installed flue liner, repaired smoke chamber. They covered our furniture, tented their workspace, took care to protect the house during the job. High quality work. I'd recommend these guys every day of the week.
