These are the flat rates we charge as of July 2026. They are the numbers we quote on the phone, not an estimate that changes when we arrive.

• Chimney sweep — $335. A full sweep of the flue, smoke chamber and firebox, with the Level 1 inspection included.
• Level 1 inspection — $205. Visual inspection of all readily accessible parts of the chimney and appliance, with photographs.
• Utility chimney inspection — $205. The flue serving your furnace or water heater. Different appliance, same flat rate.
• Level 2 inspection — $295. Adds a camera survey of the flue interior. Required at sale, after a chimney fire, and whenever the appliance changes.
• Fireplace liner — roughly $200 per linear foot. Most complete liner jobs land between $3,000 and $4,000 depending on flue height and whether existing clay tile has to be broken out.
